"Why take the child out? What for?" he said of the possibility of exhuming little Georgina "To stop all this happening, to stop talking about my children."
Where are the investigations into the complex case that shocked the nation[/QUOTE]
The investigation into the family tragedy with the three dead little girls in Patras is turning into a crossword for strong solvers.
The investigations are currently going in all directions as everyone, both the authorities and the medical community, are trying to find the reasons why the children of the Daskalakis family disappeared so suddenly.
At this point, all eyes are turning to the last little girl, 9-year-old Georgina who was the last to go missing, as it is considered that her case will be a "guide", most likely, for what happened to the other two[/B] girls as well.
According to reports, the Homicide Department of the Attica Security has not sent a request for the exhumation of Georgina[/B], as many publications have reported, as there is currently a lot of evidence to be examined.
Toxicology and histology tests are pending, from which forensic pathologist Gregory Leon said they hope to get answers, but in about a month.
The mother of the three children Roula Pispirigou spoke about these latest developments to the newspaper Peloponnisos.
Regarding the exhumation, she said that she has not been informed about anything.
In fact, she expressed her surprise about this possibility, since, as she said, Georgina died at the end of January and an autopsy has been done. "Why would they take the child out? What for?" was her first reaction.
Mrs. Pispirigou pleads "to stop all this happening. Stop talking about my children, those who have not even examined them and are invited by journalists to speak in general and vague terms."
"Let them look for whatever they want. Here they have reached the point of accusing... I mean Iris, a child who had a problem from birth, even for that they say things. I of course ask for an investigation." The family wants an investigation. And they want an investigation to stop the speculation. We want peace of mind for our children."
It is certain, however, that Athens has focused its investigations on the death of 9-year-old Georgina, for whom there was hospitalization at the Karamandaneio Children's Hospital at first, where she was under the close supervision of a medical team, suddenly after 20 minutes from the last doctor's visit the child was found to be almost dead, so she was resuscitated and then the child was transferred to the ICU of the University Hospital of Patras (Rio) in a very bad condition, under the supervision, now, of Andreas Eliades.
And really no answer was ever given[/B] how a child collapsed within very few minutes.
Georgina was discharged from there in July, tests were required at "Paidon" in Athens, a few weeks ago, where she finally ended up.
