The well-known music composer spoke about the misunderstandings he had with other singers
In an interview, Giorgos Theofanous spoke about the misunderstandings he had with some singers. The well-known music composer answered, among other things, about his dispute with Peggy Zina, revealing how they got back together.
The truth is that you have written songs that have left a mark. Just like some of your races with Natasha Theodoridou, Peggy Zina and others have left an era. Who took the first step to get back together?
"Natasha and I not only got back together, but we recorded two albums, Red Line and Against. With Peggy Zina we didn't meet on record, but we did a concert together in Thessaloniki for the 25th anniversary of the Vergina Theatre. Peggy and I became close when we met at the funeral of Antonis Vardis. I caught her and said "is it possible that we don't talk?" She cried, I cried and we worked it out. With Natasha I don't even remember how we got back together. You'd have to ask her, she's a scorpion and she remembers everything. No matter what though, I love her dearly and every time I write a female folk song I think "how would Natasha say it?". It's the same with Remo. They are the singers of my generation. Not to say that I don't honor older or younger artists. I am currently writing songs, with lyrics by Filippos Grapsas, for Manolis Mitsias, but also for Melina Aslanidou with Thanos Papanikolaou and Eleana Vrachalis for Konstantinos Argyros," he told OK!.
