Today, December 23, Wizz Air flight W64561 is scheduled to depart from Larnaca to Athens with a delay of just over three hours. The plane was scheduled to depart at 06:20, the new schedule is 9:55.

The delay is due to the late arrival of the plane from Budapest, which was scheduled to arrive in Cyprus yesterday, December 22 at 22:30, but ended up departing on December 23 at 06:02. The delay amounted to more than 11 hours.

As a reminder, according to EU Regulation 261/2004, if a flight is delayed for more than 3 hours, the passenger can claim compensation. Read more here
