China's ambassador to Cyprus has announced an agreement on direct flights between the two countries, AlphaNew reported. The agreement, tentatively negotiated in 2019 during former Cypriot President Nicos Anastasiades' visit to Beijing, has now been finalized.
The agreement promises to be a bridge linking peoples and cultures and will greatly facilitate travel between Cyprus and China, providing an opportunity to boost tourist traffic from China.
