[PIO] Written statement by the Government Spokesman Mr. Constantinos Letibiotis on the President's visit to London and Brussels

The President of the Hellenic Republic, Mr Nicos Christodoulides, will leave this afternoon for London, where tomorrow, 16 April, he will hold a series of meetings with economic operators, businessmen and investors.

As part of the visit, the President of the Republic will participate in an event with businessmen and investors, which will be held at the High Commission of the Republic of Cyprus.

During the event, the prospects of Cyprus as a business and investment destination will be presented.

President Christodoulides will also hold bilateral meetings with financial institutions.

Later, the President of the Republic will attend a dinner to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Greek Cypriot Brotherhood of London.

The President of the Republic will be accompanied in London by the Government Spokesman, the Deputy Minister to the President, the Director of the Office of the President of the Republic and officials.

On the morning of 17 April, the President of the Republic will leave London for Brussels, where he will attend the European Council on 17-18 April.
