On the occasion of the Christmas and New Year's holidays, I wish all the personnel of the Ministry of Defence and the National Guard a Merry Christmas with health and joy.
For the past two years we have been experiencing unprecedented difficulties that will continue this winter. The spirit of collectivity and solidarity must guide our steps to overcome them.
