The staff of the Deputy Ministry of Social Welfare, the Welfare Benefits Management Service, the Department of Social Integration of Persons with Disabilities and the Social Welfare Services are organizing a voluntary blood donation in cooperation with the Blood Centre, to strengthen the blood bank in view of the increased needs expected during the Christmas and New Year period.
The blood donation under the auspices of the Deputy Minister of Social Welfare, Marilena Evangelou, will take place on Thursday 21 December 2023 at 12:30 pm at the Egomi Blood Donation Station.
By donating blood we offer life to our fellow human beings who really need it, thus making them the most beautiful Christmas gift.
