[PIO] Timely response to the queries of retired state officials/employees by the General Accounting Office of the Republic

In the context of better service to the citizen, showing respect and sensitivity towards pensioners and at the same time enhancing the efficiency of our functions, we have proceeded to upgrade the process of providing services to retired state officials/employees.

In view of the above, the General Accounting Office of the Republic announces to the retired state officials, employees, widows/widowers that, as of Monday 18 September 2023, the hours and manner of service of the Pensions Division of the General Accounting Office of the Republic will be as follows:

Service at the offices of the Pensions Section of the General Accounting Office of the Republic, on the ground floor of the building of the Ministry of Finance (corner of Michael Karooli and Grigori Afxentiou, 1441 Nicosia)	9:00 - 11:00am.p
Telephone service (22-602310, option "3")	11:00am - 1:00pm
Return of missed calls for the day	From 1:00pm. Until the close of business the next day
