The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mrs. Maria Kalbourtzi, who was in Cyprus at the invitation of the Parliament to attend the special session of the Plenary Session of the House to condemn the coup d'état and the Turkish invasion. The meeting was held in the presence of the President of the Pancyprian Organization of Relatives of Missing Persons Mr. Nikos Sergidis and the Vice President Mr. Ioannis Koliou.
During the meeting, the progress of efforts to determine the fate of the missing persons and the role of the House of Representatives were discussed. Subsequently, the Speaker of the House of Representatives gave an update on the current developments in the Cyprus problem.
