[PIO] The President of the Republic chaired a meeting of the Council of Ministers

The President of the Republic, Mr.Nicos Christodoulides, chaired a meeting of the Council of Ministers at the Presidential Palace today. Constantinos Letibiotis told reporters that "the Council of Ministers today decided on the appointment of the Board of Governors of the English School."

It is recalled that the Board of Governors of the English School was included in the Advisory Council procedure having received a total of 92 applications.

Mrs. Ioanna Demetriou is appointed President of the Board of Governors and Mrs. Niki Koulouroudia, Mariza Platritou, Natalie Partasidou and Mr. Cyprus Ioannidis, Michalis Kyriakidis, Anastasios Kiteos, George Slavos, Antonis Kyrmizis, Senner Hassan are appointed members of the Board of Governors.

The 11th member will be a representative of the British Council."
