The Council of Ministers held its first meeting under its new composition today at the Presidential Palace, chaired by the President of the Republic Mr.Nicos Christodoulides, following yesterday's confirmation of the new members of the Government.
Welcoming the new members of the Council of Ministers, the President of the Republic said: "We will work together to achieve all that we have promised to the Cypriot people. You have been members of a strong working team since yesterday.
In these first ten months we have shown by the results that we can deliver on all that we have promised to the Cypriot people."
Finally, President Christodoulides said that he is at the disposal of the new members of the Council of Ministers, with whom, he said, he will have private meetings on the issues of their responsibilities.
