From the academic year 2022-2023, the Public Higher School of Vocational Education and Training - MIEEK offers the programme "Automotive Engineering". Through the programme, the necessary knowledge, abilities and skills are offered, which are based on the modern needs of the labour market and aim at the professional rehabilitation of students, their improvement and professional development, their advancement or even the opportunity for a career change. The programme aims to prepare technically qualified personnel with the necessary theoretical and practical background in all aspects of the field of automotive engineering, in order to be able to carry out maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair work on vehicles, taking all the appropriate safety measures required by the relevant legislation.
During their studies, students make use of the state-of-the-art and well-equipped laboratories of the Post-secondary Institutes of Vocational Education and Training (MIBET) and undertake compulsory vocational training in industry in combination with theoretical training and guidance from qualified and experienced teaching staff.
Upon completion of their studies, students have the opportunity to continue their academic career in higher and higher educational institutions in related fields of study.
