Πρ. Prodromou. Prodromos Prodromou signed yesterday in Paris a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Ambassador of Greece to France, Mrs. Aglaia Balta, on behalf of the Hellenic Republic, for the Hellenic Foundation (Fondation Héllenique) on the Paris University Campus (Cité Universitaire).
Following the contribution of the Republic of Cyprus to the renovation of the Hellenic Foundation, the Memorandum provides for the possibility of hosting/housing a number of Cypriot students in the Foundation's premises on the campus.
The Minister thanked the Ambassador and the Greek Government, noting that this Memorandum opens up prospects both for Cypriot students and for wider cooperation in the cultural sector with the Hellenic Foundation of the Paris Campus.
The ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to France, Mr. George Siakallis, the Director of the Hellenic Foundation/Fondation Héllenique Professor Maria Gravaris-Barba and the President of the Community of Cypriots in France Mr. Evagoras Mavrommatis.
