In relation to the affordable housing project in the Limassol Municipality by the Cyprus Land Development Organisation, the Ministry of Interior clarifies that its clear intention is to proceed with the implementation of the project as announced. For this reason, the project is one of the key pillars of the new integrated housing policy being formulated by the Ministries of Interior and Finance and will be announced in the coming weeks.
The issue of housing policy is a top priority for the Christodoulides Government and to this end it is working on various measures with a focus on affordable housing to support socio-economically vulnerable citizens.
