The Department of Agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment, in cooperation with the Council of Agricultural Engineers, in the framework of the implementation of the National Action Plan (NAP).) for the rational use of plant protection products, announces the organization of the 4th Seminar for the granting of the Certificate of Training of Plant Protection Products Consultant.
The Seminar will be a two-day event and will take place on Monday 25 September and Tuesday 26 September 2023, between 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.:00 pm, at the Limassol Agricultural Education Centre (KEGE), located at the Limassol District Agricultural Office (Anchistou 4, 3048 Zakaki). Attendance of the seminar by the participants is compulsory on both days of the training.
The seminar is for agronomists and foresters who want to be accredited as Plant Protection Products Consultants and have not participated in previous Consultant training seminars.
In order to participate in the Seminar, it is necessary to submit an online application for a Plant Protection Products Consultant Training Certificate on the government portal gov.cy. The closing date for applications is 15 September 2023.
