The Cyprus Ports Authority, in the context of its social contribution and having as its principle extroversion and participation in public benefit activities, delivered yesterday, November 8, its own contribution to the Radiothon Foundation. A delegation of the Cyprus Ports Authority under the Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Antonis St. Stylianou and Members Mr. Xanthos Matsoukas and Mr. Michalis Charalambous together with the Director General of the Authority Mr. Anthimos Christodoulides delivered the contribution to a Radio Marathon booth at Stavros Avenue.
Council President Dr. Stylianou stated that the Cyprus Ports Authority remains committed to supporting charitable events and activities and in particular the Radio Marathon. He added that this action has become an institution and the semi-governmental organizations have a duty to support it since it can only make a positive contribution to society as a whole and in particular to children and their families who need the love and contribution of organized and individual organizations. Dr. Stylianou especially thanked his colleague on the Board of the Authority, Mr. Matsouka, who has been participating as a volunteer for several years in the events of the Radio Marathon.
