[PIO] The Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign and European Affairs will participate in the Meeting of Chairmen of the European Affairs

The Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign and European Affairs, Mr. Harris Georgiades, will travel to Crete tomorrow to participate in the Meeting of the Chairmen of the European Affairs Committees of the Mediterranean Member States of the European Union, which will take place on 13 and 14 June 2024. Mr Georgiades will be accompanied by the First Officer for International Relations, Ms Hara Parla.

In the context of the meeting, the enlargement policy of the European Union, the crisis in the Middle East and the management of migration, particularly in the Mediterranean region, will be discussed.
