[PIO] The Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign and European Affairs will participate in the Meeting of Chairmen of the European Affairs

The Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign and European Affairs, Mr. Harris Georgiades will travel to Madrid on Sunday, 17 September 2023, to participate in the Meeting of the Chairs of the European Affairs Committees of the Parliaments of the European Union (COSAC), which will take place on 17 and 18 September 2023, as part of the parliamentary dimension of the current Spanish Presidency of the Council of the European Union (EU). Mr Georgiades will be accompanied by the First Officer for International Relations, Ms Hara Parla.

During the meeting, the priorities of the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the EU, the future of Ukraine in Europe and current issues of concern to the EU will be discussed.
