The Cyprus Ports Authority expresses its full satisfaction with the successful completion of the free guided tours that took place on Sunday, 20 August 2023, at Paphos Lighthouse, as part of the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the establishment and operation of the organisation and in honour of World Lighthouse Day.
There was a large turnout of both local and foreign tourists and all participants were informed by experienced guides about the history of the lighthouse and in general about the contribution of lighthouses to the safety of navigation. The guided tours were conducted in four languages, Greek, English, German and Russian.
The Cyprus Ports Authority expresses its sincere thanks to all those who contributed to the successful organization of the tours at Paphos Lighthouse, with the promise to organize more such cultural and informative activities in the framework of the organization's social contribution.
