The Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry, in cooperation with the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, successfully organized a business mission to New York. The members of the mission participated on 15 November 2023 in a Business Forum for the promotion of Cyprus as an international business centre and as a gateway to the markets of Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Nine Cypriot businesses participated in the mission, which took place in the context of the Government's efforts to promote, in targeted markets, the advantages of Cyprus as a business destination, as well as to enhance the extroversion of Cypriot service businesses, and had the opportunity to network with their counterparts in New York.
In addition, the participants of the Forum were informed about the opportunities that Cyprus offers to businesses in the United States of America (USA) as a destination for establishing strategic relationships in order to establish, operate and further develop their business/commercial plan in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
