[PIO] Submission of proposals for the Conference on "Legacies of War and Violence"

The Deputy Ministry of Culture and the Museum of Struggle 1955-1959, the Department of History and Archaeology of the University of Cyprus, the Department of Politics and Governance of the University of Nicosia and the Council of Historical Memory of the EOKA Struggle 1955-1959, in cooperation with the international scientific association Society for the History of War, are organizing the annual conference of the Society, which this year's theme is "Legacies of War and Violence".

The conference will take place in Nicosia, at the Library of the University of Cyprus (Information Centre - Library "Stelios Ioannou") on 28-29 November 2024 and will be held in English.

Interested parties can submit proposals for the conference until 30 June 2024. The acceptance or non-acceptance of each proposal will be communicated to interested parties by 31 August 2024 at the latest.
