The Tax Department informs that, due to the gradual transition to the new TFA Computerised System, the Declaration of Withholding Taxes and Contributions (TF7) for the year 2024 and beyond will be submitted through the TFA system and not through the TAXISnet system, which was the procedure in force until today.
Please note that for the year 2024 ONLY an annual return will be submitted in the year 2025, while for the following years monthly returns will also be submitted.
In addition, please note that the submission of the TF7 Declaration requires the registration of a valid Tax Identification Number for all employees.
It is emphasized that the process of payment of withheld tax and contributions for the year 2024 will continue to be made through the Tax Portal, at the specified time, in accordance with the legislation on Confirmation and Collection of Taxes.
