The Grants and Benefits Service (GRS) of the Ministry of Finance announces the opening of applications for student grants from Friday, 6 October 2023, for the following categories:
- Students from Greece, who during the academic year 2022/2023 attended academic institutions in Cyprus and whose families have their permanent residence in Greece.
- Students from Cyprus, who during the academic year 2022/2023 attended academic institutions in Cyprus or abroad and whose families have repatriated.
Applications can only be delivered:
(a) at the following Citizen Service Centres (KEP):
- Nicosia (1): Georgiou Seferi, in Engomi (former offices of the State Exhibitions Authority)
- Nicosia (2): 36 Archiepiskopou Makarios Γ΄ 36
- Limassol: 21 Spyrou Araouzou
- Famagusta: Eleftherias 83, Derynia
- Larnaca: 42 Spyrou Kyprianou
- Paphos: 62 Eleftheriou Venizelou
- Polis Chrysochous: Evagora Pallikaridis 1
- Pelendriou: Archbishop Makarios III 70
- Kolossiou: 67 Famagusta Street
(b) at the following Citizen Centres (KEPO):

Applications will be received until Monday, 6 November 2023. Please note that no extension will be granted on this date.
Please note that applications will not be checked upon receipt. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.
Interested parties may obtain the application forms, which are already available, from the website of the Ministry of Finance www.mof[/U]gov[/U][/U]cy. A relevant information form for completing the application is also available on this website.
