The Cyprus Academy of Public Administration, Department of Public Administration and Personnel, Ministry of Finance, for the purpose of evaluating the achievement of the objectives of the European Social Fund co-funded project entitled "Learning Support for the Implementation of Administrative Changes in Public Administration" and following the announcement of an Open Tender, signed on Tuesday 3 October 2023 a Contract with Enoros Consulting Ltd.
The Contract was signed, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, by the Head of the Cyprus Academy of Public Administration Ms. Eliza Loizou and on behalf of the Contractor, by the Director Mr. Constantinos Kludas. The total value of the Contract amounts to €10,500, excluding VAT and will have a duration of eight weeks.
In summary, the objective of the Contract is to evaluate the achievement of the Monitoring Indicators of the Project "Learning Support for the Implementation of Administrative Changes in Public Administration" (Output Indicators and Outcome Indicators) and to evaluate the achievement of the objectives of the individual legal commitments. In addition, the management of the project by the Final Beneficiary will be assessed in qualitative terms and weaknesses will be identified where and where they exist, accompanied by recommendations for improvements.
