[PIO] Seminar on Greek Studies - 20 September 2023

The State Training Institutes Service (KIE) of the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth (YPAN), in cooperation with the Pedagogical Institute (PI) is organizing a training seminar on the teaching of Greek as a second/foreign language. The seminar will take place on 20 September 2023, at the Pedagogical Institute, in Nicosia, from 8:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. The seminar will be presented by Ms. Victoria Panagiotidou and Ms. Maria Karakyrgiou, associates of the Centre for the Greek Language.

Teachers wishing to participate should submit a registration form in the online registration environment of the Pedagogical Institute http://www.pi-eggrafes.ac.cy in the category "Specialized Seminars", from Wednesday, 6 September 2023 to Friday, 15 September 2023.

Please note that due to the limited number of places, a strict priority order will be observed on the basis of the above criteria. Regarding the registration process, it is necessary to have previously updated the personal data of teachers in the online registration environment of the Pedagogical Institute. Relevant instructions on how users can log in and how to update their data can be found on the website https:/myprofile.pi.ac.cy .

The list of participants will be posted on the website of the Pedagogical Institute on 18 September 2023. It is noted that the participants/participating teachers who will attend the seminar will be able to print a certificate of attendance at the Online Registration Environment of the Pedagogical Institute (https:/www.pi-eggrafes.ac.cy ) ten days after the seminar.
