<p>Based on Cabinet decisions, and in order to halt the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, in areas where access requires possession of a SafePass, persons 6 years of age and older must meet one of the following requirements:</p> <br />
[*]<b>Certificate of full vaccination</b>. [*]Proof that a person has <b>been sick with COVID-19 disease in the past 6 months</b>. [*]<b>Certificate of a negative </b>rapid test with a validity of <b>7 days</b> for <b>persons 6-11 years old.</b> [*]<b>Certificate of a negative </b>PCR or rapid test with a validity of <b>72 hours</b> for <b>persons 12-17 years old</b>. [*]<b>Certificate of a negative</b> test, a <b>72 hour</b> PCR or rapid test <b>with a 48 hour validity for persons 18 years of age and older</b>, and <b>at least one dose of vaccine</b> where required by Ordinance. <br />
<p>According to the Cabinet decision, only the following categories of citizens may be served at the mobile rapid test units of the Ministry of Health:</p> <ol>
<li data-xf-list-type="ol">The <b>minor persons up to 17 years of age</b>. Children aged 12-17 years, who do not have the consent of their parents/legal guardians for vaccination, may receive a free rapid test through the Ministry of Health program.</li>
<li data-xf-list-type="ol"> <b>Persons aged 18 years and older, who are unable to undergo vaccination documented by a medical certificate</b>, and after their request is reviewed by the Pancyprian Medical Association and the Ministry of Health and approval is given, which must be presented to the sampling facility. Pregnant women also fall into this category, provided that they have obtained approval from the ad hoc committee of the PIS.</li>
<li data-xf-list-type="ol"> <b>Persons vaccinated with the 1st dose of the vaccine, for the period required between the 1st and 2nd dose of the vaccine</b>. For verification purposes, the vaccination card should be presented.</li>
<li data-xf-list-type="ol">People who have<b>completed their vaccination regimen and have gone 7 months without receiving a booster dose</b>by January 15 when the measure will be reviewed<b>. </b>For verification purposes, the vaccination card must be presented.</li>
<li data-xf-list-type="ol"><b>People who have received a booster dose of the vaccine</b> but wish to be tested for health monitoring purposes or for other reasons. It is understood that the vaccination card must necessarily be presented.</li>
<li data-xf-list-type="ol">People who hold a <b>certificate of recovery</b> from COVID-19 within the last 180 days, but wish to undergo testing for health monitoring purposes or for other reasons. It is understood that the certificate of recovery must necessarily be presented.</li>
</ol> <p>In addition to the above proofs, it is reminded that all citizens <b>must necessarily present proof of identity</b> (e.g. ID card, Driving License, Passport, etc.) for identification purposes.</p> <p>For <b>Wednesday</b>, <b>22 December 2021</b>, rapid test sampling units operating through the Ministry of Health's screening program for the above groups of citizens only, will be located at the following locations:</p> <div class="bbTable">
