1. Ewater pipeline laying works on the old Nicosia - Limassol road
The Larnaca District Engineer's Office, Public Works Department, Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works announces that during the period 29/9/2022 - 7/10/2022, on the old Nicosia - Limassol road, daily except weekends, between 08:00 - 17:00, water pipe laying works will be carried out by the Water Development Department.
During the works, on a section of the old Nicosia - Limassol road, just before the exit to the Satellite Station, in the direction of Limassol, one lane will be closed for a length of approximately 50 metres and traffic will be moved with the use of traffic lights.
The Department of Public Works apologizes for the unavoidable inconvenience that will be caused and invites the public to show the necessary understanding and to comply with the temporary road signs and the instructions of the Police.
2. Cnetwork construction works by AHK on part of Vattenas Avenue in Ormideia
The Larnaca District Engineer's Office, Department of Public Works, Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works announces that, during the period 3/10/2022 - 14/10/2022, between the hours of 08:00 - 16:00, daily except weekends, on a section of Vattenas Avenue in Ormideia, network construction works will be carried out by the Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC).
During the execution of the works, part of the road will be closed for approximately 50 metres in both directions (alternately) and traffic will be diverted to the adjacent lane.
The Department of Public Works apologizes for the unavoidable inconvenience that will be caused and invites the public to show the necessary understanding and to comply with the temporary road signs and the instructions of the Police.
