The registration or confirmation of registration of students of Gymnasiums, Lyceums and Technical Schools, for the school year 2024 - 2025, will take place as follows:
i. For 1st grade[/B] , registration will take place on 20 and 21 June 2024, with the physical presence of the parents/guardians at the Gymnasium their child will attend in the school year 2024-2025.
ii. For students in grades B and C of the Gymnasium, B and C of the Lyceum and B and C of the Technical School, the confirmation of registration will take place electronically from 18 to 21 June 2024.
iii. For 1st grade high school students (except for the high school students mentioned in point iv), registration will take place on 18 and 19 June 2024, with the physical presence of parents/guardians at the high school their child will attend in the school year 2024-2025.
iv. For the 1st grade students attending the three schools below, the eDEA (Electronic Administration of Education and Training) electronic platform will be piloted:
- Apostolou Varnavas Lyceum - Nicosia
- Kykkos B Lyceum - Nicosia
- Polemidion Lyceum - Limassol.
The registration of these students will be announced on the website of the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth.
v. For Class A students of Technical Schools, registration will take place on 17 and 18 June 2024, with the physical presence of students and parents/guardians at the Technical School their child will attend in the school year 2024-2025.
2. In order to confirm the enrolment of students in 2nd and 3rd grade of Gymnasium, 2nd and 3rd grade of Lyceum and 2nd and 3rd grade of Technical Schools, the Electronic Enrolment Confirmation Portal at https:/engrafes.moec.gov.cy/ , which will be accessible to parents/guardians from 18 to 21 June 2024 . Parents/guardians can also access this Portal through the online link (Banner) that will be activated on the website of the Ministry of Education: www.moec.gov.cy
3. Parents/guardians who for any reason will not be able to register or confirm their child's enrollment in the time frames listed above must report to the school, which their child will attend, from 27 to and 28 June 2024
in order to process the registration or confirmation of their child's enrolment.
