[PIO] Registration/confirmation of registration of students of Gymnasiums, Lyceums and Technical Schools for the school year 2023 - 2024

The registration or the confirmation of registration of students of Gymnasiums, Lyceums and Technical Schools, for the school year 2023 - 2024, will take place as follows:

  1. For students of the first grade of High School, the registration will take place on 22 and 23 June 2023, with the physical presence of the parents/guardians at the High School their child will attend in the school year 2023-2024.
  1. For students of the 2nd and 3rd grade of Gymnasium, 2nd and 3rd grade of Lyceum and 2nd and 3rd grade of Technical Schools, the confirmation of registration will take place electronically from 19 to 21 June 2023, and not with the physical presence of parents/guardians at the schools.
  1. For students of the first grade of high school, registration will take place on 15 and 16 June 2023, with the physical presence of parents/guardians at the high school their child will attend in the school year 2023-2024.
  1. For students of the first grade of Technical Schools, the registration will take place on 14 and 15 June 2023, with the physical presence of students and parents/guardians at the Technical School their child will attend in the school year 2023-2024.

For the confirmation of the registration of students of the 2nd and 3rd grade of Gymnasium, 2nd and 3rd grade of High School and 2nd and 3rd grade of Technical Schools, the Electronic Registration Confirmation Portal will be put into operation at https:/engrafes.moec.gov.cy/ and will be accessible to parents/guardians. Parents/guardians can also access this portal through the online link (Banner) that will be activated on the website of the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth (MESY): www.moec.gov.cy, from Monday 19 June 2023 to Wednesday 21 June 2023.

At the same time, parents/guardians who for any reason will not be able to register or confirm their child's enrolment within the timeframes mentioned above, should report to the school unit their child will attend, from 26 to 28 June 2023, in order to process the registration or confirmation of their child's enrolment.
