As a reminder, PI Chaplaincy Services are provided to adults and children who are beneficiaries of the GHS, on weekends and public holidays and concern the provision of health care for emergency problems, such as the acute onset of worrying symptoms, sudden and severe pain, worsening of symptoms of a serious chronic illness, high fever accompanied by other symptoms.
Beneficiaries should not contact PI on-call services for pre-existing medical conditions, issuing repeat prescriptions, issuing referrals to other GHS services, or in cases where they do not have time to visit their Personal Physician.
The Chaplaincy Services are open on weekends and Public Holidays from 11:00 to 17:00.
For their convenience, beneficiaries should contact the PI Chaplaincy Services in their province by telephone during the opening hours of the Chaplaincy Services. After an assessment of the health problem, an appointment is arranged within the day and hours of operation of the Chaplaincy Services. It is emphasized that, for the smooth service of beneficiaries, the services operate only by scheduled appointments.
