[PIO] Public Consultation on the offer of undergraduate programmes of study in foreign languages by the Cyprus University of Technology

The Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth (MESY) informs the public that it is submitting for public consultation a draft bill and draft regulations aimed at amending the legal framework of the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT), so that CUT can offer undergraduate programmes of study in foreign languages.

Specifically, they are put out for public consultation on the online public consultation platform "the-Consultation", at the link: Public Consultation on the offer of undergraduate programmes of study in foreign languages by the Cyprus University of Technology, the following texts:

(a) The Cyprus University of Technology (Amendment) Law of 2024

(b) The Cyprus University of Technology (Student Affairs and Academic Matters) (Amendment) Regulations of 2024

(c) The University of Cyprus (Tuition Fees) (Amendment) Regulations of 2024 which will apply mutatis mutandis to CUTC.

All interested parties/individuals are invited to submit their comments/comments by Wednesday, 28 August 2024, through the online public consultation platform "e-Consultation"
