The Parliamentary Committee on Internal Affairs met today, Thursday, 17 February 2022 and began the debate on the bill "The Budget of the Cyprus Broadcasting Authority of 2022 Law of 2021" (No. File No. 23.01.062.196-2021), the purpose of which is to authorize payment from the Fund of the Cyprus Broadcasting Authority in the amount of €1,889,102 for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022.
During the discussion, the Committee was informed by the representatives of the Authority on certain issues related to its operation, as well as on individual provisions of the budget under discussion and decided to take a position on the proposed budget at its next meeting.
