[PIO] Petition to the Supreme Constitutional Court for the dismissal of the Comptroller General of the Republic

The Attorney General of the Republic, George L. Savvidis, acting as the Council, registered today before the Supreme Constitutional Court a petition, pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Cyprus, for the dismissal of the Auditor General of the Republic Mr.

The Attorney General of the Republic as the Applicant in these proceedings is represented by the law firms of Kallis & Kallis DEPE and L. Papafilippou & Co. Odysseus Michaelides is guilty of misconduct, which will result in his dismissal from his position.
