The Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign and European Affairs and head of the delegation of the House of Representatives to the Interparliamentary Dialogue "3+1", Mr. Harris Georgiades, will travel to Brussels tomorrow to participate in the 2nd Eastern Mediterranean and South-Eastern Europe Conference, organised by the Delphi Forum, on 12 October 2023.
Georgiades will participate as a speaker in a discussion on ways in which the cooperation mechanism between the parliaments of Greece, Cyprus, Israel and the US ("3+1") can work for the benefit of the Eastern Mediterranean region. The panel of speakers will also include MP Mr. Tasos Hadjivassiliou, member of the Greek Parliament's delegation to the "3+1" IGC, as well as Mr. Evangelos Kalpadakis, diplomatic advisor to the President of SYRIZA.
