The Energy Service, as the Competent Authority for the implementation of the Promotion of Energy Efficiency in Heating and Cooling and Combined Heat and Power Act (L.108(I)/2021), reminds that according to Article 14G(3) of the Law, in new apartment buildings and habitable parts of new multi-use buildings which have a central heating source for domestic hot water, individual meters for domestic hot water shall be installed.
Note that according to Article 14H(1) of the Act, these meters must be devices with remote reading capability.
