Specifically, the meetings were attended by representatives of the Cyprus Chamber of Fine Arts (EKATE), the Association of Independent Visual Arts Professionals, the Association of Visual Artists of Cyprus, the Cyprus Association of Visual Artists and the Cyprus Printmakers, the Union of Graphic Designers and Illustrators of Cyprus, the Union of Cyprus Writers, the Cyprus Centre of PEN, the National Society of Greek Writers of Cyprus, the Cyprus Association of Young Children's Books, the New Movement of Dancers and Choreographers of Cyprus, the Cyprus Dance Association, the Limassol Dance House, the Nicosia Dance House, the Cyprus Actors' Union, the Cyprus Actors' Association, the Cyprus Centre of Scenographers, the Cyprus Centre of the International Theatre Institute, the Cyprus Playwrights' Association, the Cyprus Playwrights' Association, the Cyprus Theatre Artists' Branch of SIDHEKEK PEO, as well as representatives of several private theatres. It was also decided to submit suggestions from the collective bodies for the formulation of policy proposals on culture, in view of the creation of the Deputy Ministry.
Finally, there was a briefing on the preparation of a bill on the safeguarding of the professional status of artists and workers in the field of culture, views were expressed by those present on the issue and it was agreed to submit written contributions.
