[PIO] International Festival of Ancient Greek Drama 2024: Call for proposals from theatre groups and artists

The Ministry of Culture, the Cyprus International Theatre Institute Centre and the Ministry of Tourism announce the submission of proposals from theatre companies and artists, from Cyprus and abroad, for participation in the twenty-seventh edition of the "International Festival of Ancient Greek Drama", which will take place in Cyprus from the end of June to the beginning of August 2024.

The aim of the Festival is to present performances of ancient Greek drama, which highlight the specificity of ancient drama, always based on the original text of the tragic and comic poets of antiquity.

Theatrical groups or artists interested in submitting a proposal for participation in the "International Festival of Ancient Greek Drama 2024", must submit their proposal on the corresponding form, which can be obtained from the Festival's website": www.greekdramafest.com.

The last date for submission of proposals by interested theatre groups or artists is Wednesday, 17 January 2024.
