The Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry and the Cyprus Trade Centre Berlin participated with a state pavilion at the international fruit and vegetable exhibition "Fruit Logistica 2024", which took place in Berlin between 7 and 9 February 2024.
Seven Cypriot companies producing and marketing agricultural products such as potatoes, avocados and citrus fruits took part in the exhibition. The companies from Cyprus had a strong presence, presenting their products to a large number of potential partners and laying the foundations for new partnerships.
Fruit Logistica is held every year in Berlin and is considered one of the leading fruit and vegetable fairs held in Europe, attracting thousands of industry professionals and visitors from all over the world. This year's event hosted around 2,800 exhibitors from 94 countries and welcomed visitors and buyers from more than 140 countries.
The Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry actively supports the efforts of Cypriot businesses to strengthen their extroversion and the penetration of Cypriot products in new markets. To this end, it positively evaluates the participation with a state pavilion in major international exhibitions.
