Kostis Efstathiou, member of the Cypriot delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), will travel to Warsaw tomorrow to participate in the Assembly's Ad Hoc Committee for the observation of the parliamentary elections in Poland, which will be held on Sunday, 15 October 2023.[/P]
Prior to election day, the Ad Hoc Committee members will have a series of contacts with representatives of parliamentary parties, the President of the Polish Supreme Court's Department for Special Control and Public Affairs and the Head of the National Election Commission. They will also have meetings with representatives of the media and civil society.
