[PIO] Home administration of a booster dose of the vaccine in bedridden people

As part of efforts to better serve the needs of people who wish to be vaccinated, the Ministry of Health advises that the booster/4th dose of the vaccine will be administered at home or at the patient's place of residence by qualified nurses, who will contact applicants to arrange an appointment for vaccination. Vaccination will be with Pfizer mRNA technology vaccine[/B] provided that a period of 5 months has elapsed since the booster/3rd dose of vaccine.

Beneficiaries are persons over 70 years of age and persons immunosuppressed irrespective of age.

Specifically:

  1. Beneficiaries must complete the Consent Form Ahttps:/bit.ly/3DBnpQG and present it along with their identification form and initial vaccination card on the day of their vaccination.
  1. Individuals who during the initial phase of the vaccination program were not vaccinated at home, but are currently bedridden due to a health problem, may apply for home vaccination by properly completing the Consent Form 'B'https:/bit.ly/3r2PZW9[/URL]. This Form should be signed and sent by both the beneficiary or his/her representative and the Personal Physician to fax
