According to a Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 19/11/2021 (KΔP 476/2021) regarding the above issue, companies and self-employed persons, who are eligible for a loan, must ensure, among other things, a relevant certificate from the Tax Department that they have settled their tax obligations.
In order to obtain the relevant Certificate, the interested persons or their representatives should submit a request, by e-mail to the local District Offices, with the subject 'Request for the issue of a Certificate for the granting of business loans with government guarantees' to the following e-mail addresses:

The issue of the relevant Confirmation will be sent to the applicant's/representative's e-mail, after confirming that. [*]The amounts of the self-assessment taxes payable have been paid. [*]Any direct/indirect VAT tax debts have been paid or are in the process of being settled. [/LIST]
