[PIO] GERET and OSA Activity Reports for the year 2022

The Office of the Communications Commissioner announces that the Activity Reports for the year 2022 of the two Services headed by the Communications Commissioner Mr. George Michaelides, the Office of the Commissioner for the Regulation of Electronic Communications and Postal Services (BERET) and the Digital Security Authority (DSA), which include the activities, responsibilities, organisation, operation, mission/objectives and relevant financial statements.

The Reports of BERET and DSA are available and can be found at the following addresses respectively: https:/ocecpr.ee.cy/to-grafeio/ektheseis-drastiriotiton and https:/dsa.cy/the-dsa/annual-reports.

The GERET report has been issued pursuant to Article 155 of Law 112(I)/2004 and the OPSA report has been issued pursuant to Article 49 of Law 89(I)/2020. The reports have been delivered to the H.E. the President of the Republic of Cyprus on 21 February 2024.
