The aim of the training programmes is to provide training opportunities for unemployed persons to learn the Russian language. Participation in the training programmes broadens the prospects for reintegration and better integration of the unemployed into employment.

Each programme includes 100 hours of institutional (theoretical and practical) training in a certified Vocational Training Centre (VTC), which has been selected after a competition.

For each unemployed person participating in the programme, the following is paid.

(b) Contributions to the Social Insurance Fund, the Social Cohesion Fund and the Social Security Fund, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation.

AnAD insures the participants in accordance with the relevant legislation.

The programmes will be implemented in all provinces, depending on the interest shown by the unemployed.

Participation in the training programmes is open to persons who are registered as unemployed in the register of the Public Employment Service (PES) at the time of submission of applications for participation in the programmes. Unemployed persons who have previous work experience in the hotel sector in the last two years before the start of the call for applications have priority.

Participation of unemployed persons is subject to participation requirements and criteria as detailed in the document "Basic Information" for the specific programmes on the ANAD website at www.anad.org.cy. The marking and selection of candidates will be made in accordance with the criteria and conditions as detailed in the above document. Candidates who meet the requirements will be invited for a personal interview to ascertain whether they demonstrate an aptitude/appeal for the specific subject and an interest in participating in the programme. Interviews to select candidates will be held in each province.

Please note that applications will be accepted until Thursday 10 February 2022 at 14:00 only in electronic format via the AnAD website at www.anad.org.cy.
