[PIO] Extension of the date of submission of the INTRASTAT declaration for the month of September 2023 due to an interruption in the operation of the

The Department of Taxation announces that the submission of the INTRASTAT return for the month of September 2023 has been extended until 16/10/2023.

The extension was deemed necessary due to an interruption in the operation of the Department's computer systems that will take place from 6/10/2023 (at 15:30) through 8/10/2023 for purposes of upgrading the Government Internet Hub.

The Government Internet Hub is expected to be back online on 9/10/2023 when our computer systems will return to full operation.

The submission of the above declaration after 16/10/2023 is considered late and is subject to a fine of €15, according to the "Statistics of Goods Transactions between Member States" Law [N.102(I)/2009]
