The President of the National Popular Front (ELAM) Mr. Christos Christou arrived today at the polling station of the Politiko Community Council Offices, where he exercised his right to vote.
Subsequently, Mr. Christou made the following statement. Today the people and the people are deciding who will represent them in the next European Parliament. It is deciding who will be the local leaders and who will enter the Local Councils. For our part, we call on all the people to come to the polls, to show a little patience, because I have been informed that in some cases there is a delay, and tonight we will all wait for the results to see what the future holds for Cyprus. But surely Monday is the day of truth, and from tomorrow the problems will continue to exist. So, we emphasise that, finishing tonight from tomorrow, we all start work. Good vote and good luck to all."
