The Registrar General of Elections announces that all unclaimed voter books of voters registered in the last supplementary electoral rolls of April 2024, or voters who were turned in for a new voter registration booklet due to loss or damage or transfer of voting rights due to change of address, have been collected at the Prefects' Offices.
Interested voters can collect their voter booklets from the Prefects' Offices even on Sunday, the day of voting.
It is reminded that in order to be able to vote in the upcoming elections, one must be registered in the respective electoral roll and, in case of a Cypriot voter, present at the polling station either his/her voter booklet or his/her identity card. Voters of other Member States of the European Union shall vote for the Elections of Local Authorities by presenting either a voter's booklet or the document on the basis of which they are registered on the relevant special electoral roll and for the Elections of Members of the European Parliament by presenting the document on the basis of which they are registered on the relevant special electoral roll.
