The Chief Electoral Officer announces that, by virtue of the powers conferred on him by the provisions of Article 27 of the Law on the Election of Members of the European Parliament, in conjunction with the provisions of Article 27(3) of the Law on the Election of Members of the House of Representatives, he has established specific criteria for the purpose of publishing the election notices of the Election of Members of the European Parliament 2024 in newspapers circulating in Cyprus.
The notices will be given by special authorization for publication in the following newspapers, which meet the specific criteria established for this purpose:
Daily:
1. TRUTH
2. THE FILEYTHER
3. POLITIS
4. CYPRUS MAIL
5. 1. 1. KATHIMERINI
4. OIKOMIKI KATHIMERINI
5. SEMERINI
6. TO KYPRIAKO PONTIKI
7. PAPHU'S UNLIMITED
2. VOICE OF PAPHOS
It is emphasized in this regard that the Supervisor General of Elections has no liability for compensation to any other newspapers that may publish election notices without his authorization.
