[PIO] Election of Mr Kyriakos Hatzigiannis as Vice-Chairman of the OSCE CS

The 30th Annual Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) concluded yesterday in Vancouver.

Mr Kyriakos Hatzigiannis was elected as one of the Vice-Presidents of the Assembly for a three-year term. The three vacant Vice-Presidents' seats were contested by six candidates, including Mr Hatzigiannis. In this capacity, Mr Hatzigiannis will participate in the Bureau of the OSCE CS until 2026.

The election of Mr Hatzigiannis to this office is a great honour for Cyprus and for the House of Representatives.
