[PIO] Data Protection Commissioner's guidance for parties/movements/independent candidates ahead of the elections

In view of the forthcoming elections for Members of the European Parliament and Local Authorities, I have sent instructions to the political parties/movements informing them of the provisions of the legislation on the use of personal data.

The Instructions are posted on the Office's website under "Legislation" - "Commissioner's Instructions/Recommendations".
