Mr. Vassilis Palmas was born in Limassol in 1964. He studied Political Sciences and Public Administration. He worked as a manager in the Pharmakas Quarries Group.
He was a member of the Tenders Review Authority.
He was married to Angeliki Christodoulou.
He was married to Angeliki Christodoulou. He has one son.
He was President of the Youth of the Democratic Party (NEDIK) and then served as General Secretary of the Democratic Party (DIKO). He served as Press Director of the Office of the President of the Republic and as Government Spokesman in the Government of Tassos Papadopoulos.
On 8 May 2017, he was appointed Deputy Minister of State to the Government of Nicos Anastasiades, a position he held until 2 February 2022, when he resigned for personal reasons.
